This program comprises of 6 sessions running at 1.5 hours each, bringing awareness and direction into how you turn up to your work place, what you bring to it and how you co-vision. This program brings together employer/employee expectation and participation.

3. Go to Calm

This program comprises 6 sessions running at 1.5 hours each, incorporating ancient and modern tools of mind science, meditation and body awareness techniques. The outcome of this program achieves a more peaceful and responsive approach to your life choices and goals.
